We currently ship to customers in the following regions:

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation. This handling time is separate from transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination country
Package weight and dimensions
Selected shipping method

Rates are provided by our carriers (DHL and UPS for international deliveries) and reflect real-time carrier-calculated pricing.

Estimated Transit Times (after handling):

UK Domestic: 1-12 business days
Europe: 3-14 business days
USA: 3-14 business days
International: 3-21 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time (2-7 days) + Transit Time

Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Orders International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We do not charge additional fees upon delivery beyond the shipping cost calculated at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain products
Some products may have shipping restrictions to specific countries
Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

Contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date
Provide your order number and tracking information, and a photo of any damage.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of eligible products, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
